Cleansing Stream’s mission is to transform our culture of brokenness by teaching and equipping individuals, families and communities with tools of healing, freedom and release into wholeness.
To do this, Cleansing Stream employs a variety of courses and events by which we achieve our mission. The courses we offer have curriculum that can be taken individually, within a small group setting or in a church classroom. With Cleansing Stream, you have flexibility.
Some of the curricula stand alone, while others lead towards in-person or online events.
Through Cleansing Stream curricula, you can expect to experience increased clarity and understanding about foundational teachings of the faith because:

Pastor Maryann Young
President of Cleansing Stream
Maryann is the current President of Cleansing Stream. She has served CSI in various capacities from Nor Cal/Nev Regional Rep, National Intercessor Coordinator, Strategic Development Director, VP of Operations and now President. She and her husband Stuart started Seminar in their local church 20 years ago birthing many other Seminars in their region. Maryann is a gifted teacher assisting, developing and activating churches in Intercession, Altar Ministry and Discipleship.
Pastor Chris Hayward
President Emeritus
Pastor Chris Hayward was the president of Cleansing Stream International (CSI) for over 23 years, having served in pastoral ministry for 17 years prior to that. Recognized as the largest mass deliver deliverance ministry in the world, CSI, has ministered to over a million people in 36 countries, involving over 7000 churches, in the US alone. Pastor Hayward’s calling has been to follow the example of II Timothy 2:2 (“And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”) As a result, CSI, with its unique approach of working through churches, has prepared, trained and discipled multiple thousands around the world in the ministry of healing and deliverance, using it’s now entitled, “Cleansing Stream University”. Pastor Hayward has written three books, “God’s Cleansing Stream”, “The End Of Rejection”, and, “Wounded In The Church”. During his tenure as president, the CSI workbook has gone through 5 editions and been translated into 12 languages. He currently lives in Texas with his wife Karen, of over 50 years. They have three children and four grandchildren.
Pastor Raymond Pettitt
Former VP of Global Ministries
In his role as Former Vice President of Global Ministries, Pastor Raymond worked with the Directors of Cleansing Stream Ministries in over 30 countries. With each event he led, he relished opportunities to train new Discipleship teams while equipping them to serve in their local churches. Domestically, Pastor Raymond also established new retreat locations and worked with Cleansing Stream pastors around the United States.
